2. Beta Services Disclaimer

Please note that the Service is currently in Public Beta (Version 1.3.2.0). By using the Beta Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or other defects.
• The Service may not function as intended or may crash.
• We are not liable for any data loss or damage caused by the use of this Beta Service.
• We may modify, update, or discontinue features without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Huggy Reminder and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of Hong Kong and foreign countries.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Huggy Reminder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
